- Property entirely owned by Manchester Sand, Gravel & Cement Co., Inc. (Wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Sand & Gravel Company, Boston, MA)

- Permits and approvals became vested and permanent in September 2015 per a Development Agreement with the Town of Hooksett and under State law

Land to be purchased with all approvals in place (undeveloped)
